Righters Mill Ford Crossing - Part of a larger emergent 24" gas main replacement project - ULS was tasked with open cutting a trench trough an existing Ford (stream crossing). The original design called for a jack and bore, but was not able to be completed with the extenuating site constraints. The creek was to be damned completely with a pump around installed. 24” steel gas main inside a 30” steel casing pipe was to be direct buried, while maintaining the structural integrity of the existing FORD. The crew did an excellent job achieving this task, completing it safely and efficiently!
